Recruitment and Outreach Project - Fife

Funded by Fairer Scotland Fund and ESIF
The programme supports unemployed JSA claimants, Work Programme returners, Young people identified as being NEET and economically inactive residents of Fife age 16 upwards. The project provides intensive employability training and Job Brokering Services throughout Central and West Fife, focusing particularly on 20% SIMD areas as well as long term unemployed and clients coming off sickness benefits and keen to get back onto the career ladder. Services are delivered on an outreach basis and within community venues, such as Job centre plus in Cowdenbeath, as well as from our offices in Lochgelly.
Referrals can be made via Job centre plus or self referral. The project is very much client led with the focus on each individual needs and support requirements. This is a very flexible and relaxed project with no set times and can be accessed at anytime throughout the day between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm.
We offer CV training, letters of application, speculative letters, application forms, job search/ job matching and mock interview skills.
