An experienced and qualified Coach and Mentor specialising in Neurodiversity, Meg’s mission in life is to support individuals and communities of interest to feel valued, included and connected. She brings with her over twenty-five years’ experience in supporting people with a focus on economic empowerment. She values and promotes inclusive approaches to engagement, focusing on strengths and abilities. Her area of expertise is with those who experience complex barriers which negatively impact on their health, wellbeing and ability to work and live independently. Meg has worked in health, housing and education settings supporting people who have accessed services to return as volunteers, and then enabling their transitions into training and/or employment.
