Employability Co-ordinator

Meg’s mission in life is to support individuals and communities of interest to feel valued, included and connected. She brings with her over twenty-five years experience in supporting people with a focus on economic empowerment. Meg has worked in health, housing and education settings supporting people who have accessed services to return as volunteers, and then enabling their transitions into employment and/or training. Meg came to DEAP as an Outreach Youth Work Volunteer with the Next Steps 2 project as a practice hours placement for university. She is due to complete her post graduate in Coaching and Mentoring: Enhanced Professional Practice – specialising in neurodiversity.
